JIPR Details:

 1. The JIPR is a blind peer reviewed journal.

 2. The JIPR will be an online journal, with an open issue, open access and there will be quick publication upon acceptance. Publication occurs within 4 weeks of acceptance.

 3. The JIPR is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

 4. The JIPR will be referenced in ERIC, Academic Search Premier, PubMed, and other appropriate reference search engines.

 5. Articles published in the JIPR will be registered with the Library of Congress of the US Government and its LOC          Catalog of Publications.

 6. Submission charges are as follows:

• Free for a traditional 3 month/12 weeks review process.

• $150.00 for an expedited 2 month/8 weeks review process.

• $300.00 for a fast track review of 1 month/4 weeks or less.

 7. There is no charge for a re-submission, unless the author(s) wish to have a speedier second or third review than their original review request.

 8. Only PayPal is accepted for the review charges. No personal checks, cashiers checks, nor other forms of US currency or International currency are accepted.
